How to re-download, update or upgrade our app

If you want to upgrade from Call Time Tracker to our premium momentem service, please click here.

If you want to re-download or update our app, please choose one of the following options;

• If you signed up via Rogers or MobiHand, please visit their store to get the latest version
• If you downloaded from BlackBerry App World (the BlackBerry app store on your handset), please download our latest version from that store
• If you are one of our direct customers, paying via PayPal, simply pick up your BlackBerry and send an email to and we will have you up and running with our latest version within 9 minutes!

Please note: you should process any items in your Not Now list before you install the new version, when registering you should always use the same email address as before, and after installing you should click the Sync button within our app to re-download your momentem contacts and projects to your handset.
